Ohio’s water infrastructure funding is at risk to drop from about $210 million to $21 million.⁷ The Great Lakes Restoration Initiative (GLRI) is not a substitute. And Ohio shouldn’t be handing out tax breaks to data centers while gutting our water to handle their cooling impact.
